These terms explain the permitted use of the Workcraft Studio website. They do not replace the proposal or contract agreed for a coaching session, series or workshop.

Informational status

Examples and ideas on the site are general professional-development material. Results depend on people and circumstances, and no stated outcome is guaranteed.

Booking services

An email enquiry is not a booking. Deliverables, responsibilities, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements must be accepted in writing before work begins.

Permitted behaviour

Do not use the website to break the law, harm others, transmit malicious code, obtain unauthorised access or interfere with normal operation.

Materials and brand

Workcraft Studio retains intellectual-property rights in its original content and visual identity. Downloading or viewing a page does not transfer those rights.

Website operation

Content may be refined as our practice changes. We cannot promise that the website, internet routes or linked email applications will be continuously available.

Responsibility

Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. To the fullest lawful extent, we exclude responsibility for loss caused by treating high-level site material as personalised advice.
